Have done 100s of hours body scanning and I have never felt as many sensations in different body parts as I did during this. Of course, that’s not the point of this practice but focussing and mind wandering are...and my mind just never wanders during this scan. Not sure if that’s good or not ??

And with her voice, I just couldn’t stop feeling one of my organs !

I think it would be cool to have an alien/other animal mindful meditation, giving us extra limbs or asking us to feel the energy radiating from our antennae. I was thinking about how these videos could probably still work for people who do not have all of their limbs because they can imagine what it feels like, and I think that video idea would be interesting!
