Am I the only one who actaully loves Newcrest? Its the only world I play on because I hate having to buldoze lots on other worlds or looking at the other places around that i didnt build.

When are you going to continue it? I’m trying to find part 2 but I couldn’t find it.. did you stop the series?

I LOVE Newcrest, it's one of my favorite worlds to use. Idk why, it's pretty bland. But I guess I love a blank slate 🤣 And the number of lots

not to be mean, but if you don't want to use up money. you can go in build mode without anyone living there and get infinite money for the building. and it's not cheats

On the topic of cheap artwork, it would be interesting if knockoff/prints were added and artistic or snobby Sims will be able to tell the difference and maybe have some kind of reaction to them o:

This gave me the confidence to actually try to build in new creast for once, also love the build 🫶🫶🫶

I’m actually working with filling up newcrest myself. I’ve got about four lots right now. Three of the lots are residential, all with households and my own lore/ idea to them. The Fourth lot is a wedding venue and ill be making a few other lots for community.
I’m building all of it myself as well! One of the lots is a 40 by 50, another is 30 by 20, another stands around the same and the fourth one is like 40 by 30 ish i guess.

The 40 by 50 residential lot is actually about 300k which only shocks me at how expensive I managed it, but the family living there is hella rich so yeah.
There’s a house for two (three if you count the double bed) on the 30 by 20, which I made for two guys who i planned to get a science baby with :) it ended up around 35k

There’s also the last residential house, which is owned by a elder and her son who live there together. It was around 65k and was really fun to make. Shockingly enough, the lot was way too big for the actual house, so I ended up adding a good amount to the lawn etc

All of this was really fun and I’m planing to add like a bar next. It’s all base game as well lol

On the second 20x15 lot, I built this loft type of thing for single sim households under either Kaptainkat8923 or Sugarrush8765 if y'all want something like that

How about building Newcrest in alphabetical order? Based on the addresses. The letter would also be what you choose for the room including wallpaper and floors. Front and side, then back and side. No cheating, please! :D
