The best song in the world. Vive La Marseillaise!
I think a new fight is coming our way, and we shall win again!
Che bello che è l'Inno Francese 💖💖💖
I Nostri fratelli Francesi... 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
My heart will stay to the republic no bitches pure motherland land
The most blood thirsty anthem.
Reminds me of how stirring the scene in “Casablanca” was where the French patriots drowned out the Germans.
One of the greatest National Anthems.
Grandios
A lot of French people think it's ridiculous to sing about spilling impure Prussian/German blood into the soil of France while the democratically elected German Chancellor takes the salute in Paris. The Algerians also refuse to revise their anthem's verbal attack on France which comes across as idiotic today.
Come on Ukrainian, sing
I am part French through my 6th great grandfather and during the French/English War is when my French ancestors came to the American colonies but to this day my family's French heritage has never left our hearts.
Now that is a national anthem, better than our dirge
Jesus christ! The bastards will be over here by teatime!!
I love this. Casablanca explained. Please share to 5 million, so my heart may at last, rest in peace.
I absolutely love it and Angerland has God Save The Fin Queen. Says it all. At least we have Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau. 🏴
This was the first time I'd heard La Marseillaise all the way through, and the first time to read the translation. DAM! gave me goose bumps, made shivers run up my spine! As I was listening, I saw the Revolution, and more importantly I saw the Nazi troops marching through Pairs streets, I saw that famous photo of the French man BAWLING his eyes out as the enemy marched through his city. . . Thanks for posting!
When I was young in the 1940s America had Kate Smith, now we have ( fill in the black ) if you can find one.
And Americans are called blood thirsty!
La Marsellaise will always be the basic pattern on which any rabble-rousing march (L'Internationale, Can You Hear the People Sing from Les Mis, etc) is based.
Not exactly PG 13 is it !!!.
Bon soir.
Mercy avouir.
¡¡¡¡ SUPREMA ,MAGNIFICA !!!!
This anthem makes my blood boil, and my heart pound with courage! And I'm not even French! When this was written, the French people were having a revolution against their own tyrant, and 7 nations of Europe were also invading France at the same time. Les Marseilles is truly a rallying cry of the people to fight for their land, their freedom. The French have taught the world a lesson about human rights and democracy, a lesson still needed today. Respect! ✊🏻
Patriota.
Best ever!!
For the first time I saw the lyrics of the France Hymn, and was deeply astonished by it's content.
I understood one more time why for French people freedom, liberty and democracy are so important !
Thanks
Indescribable beauty
Indescribable comfort
Indescribable feeling
And
something indescribable
Yikes! I never knew what the lyrics were about. Has anyone ever heard a more bloodthirsty anthem? Let us know in the comments. 😬
Ответитьand...btw, it should be sung everwhere in franc eand acted with it, against those fascist EU
Great voice, this chansonette was/&is one of the best france ever had.
1989. That was a good year for freedom and liberty!
I'm not French.... But it's my fav anthem...... I literally love her voice and this anthem 🖤✨🖤✨🖤✨
Ответитьsublime vive la FRANCE
Vive la France !
Viva Ukraine 🇺🇦 👏♥
The French don't mess around, do they? I mean, watering the ground with the blood of their enemies? Is France goth or something?
United strong
I see this lovely, gripping rendition as an exercise to justify a nice glass of wine and a charcuterie instead of a call to arms. The French seem more inclined toward irritation and sharp language than real patriotism...in my experience.
Slava Ukraini!!!!
One of the greatest songs ever created.
Stirring song, but the lyrics are very blood thirsty, but so are parts of the Star Spangled Banner. I would have liked some images of Charlemagne, Jon of Arc, Louie XIV and Louie XVI, Voltaire, Napoleon. De Lesseps, Louis Braille, Louis Pasture, Marshal Petain, Marshal Foch, PM Clem-ensue, Charles De Gaul, Joc Le Clare, Pepe La Pue, and Macron. Notice I left out Roe-sue because he was an ass. Maybe I should have put in Guillotine. for coming up with a "merciful" way to dispatch problem people.
Blasting it in my back yard.
I’m here today for Bastille day.
