can you share your dataset?

When there is more number of cases, obviously all other features would also be high right? How are we drawing inferences like more people in home quarantine then more number of recovered cases etc. Instead shouldn't we taking more of percentage of recovery within a bucket compared to percentage of home quarantine. Thanks
