This came up on my feed almost immediately after responding to a text from an old friend telling me there's a guy on the loose in my old town that has been stealing cats and doing things of this like with them. They haven't caught him which makes me so so sad but he has been caught on someone's ring camera inserting things into their cat before picking it up and taking it.
