ОтветитьIf you have a bandaged back more specifically a herniated disc in you back, it’s risky to Bo boat sits and Russian twists so do planks instead to build the core! Be safe and know your limits all my fellow broke backs 🥰

ОтветитьHi! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after years of chronic pain, my body is so weak that I have a hard time walking for very long and holding myself up all day is a struggle. Your low intensity videos are helping me exercise without hurting myself, and I'm feeling hope coming back. Especially with the one with the song that basically tells me that its okay, it isnt always going to be this way and that im good enough cry
