The rail of soft plastic on the sides of my Cressi fins, that conducts water to the tip of the fin, started to peel off. Do you have a hack for repairing that? Any tips would be so helpful. Thank for sharing (:

Seems to me, that the chemical reaction of the super glue would eat away at the rubber of the foot pocket, and destroy the Resin of the carbon fiber or fiber glass fins.

Super glue is super corrosive, so why would you ruin a perfectly good foot pocket and fin?

Can you share which glue is it ?

I have had my Sporasub H Dessault fins for more then 20 years, they fit snug, and the blades is screwed into place no need for any glue (its hard to fit them though when I have taken them appart to fit my suitcase when traveling. no need for glue, has the fins changed a lot over the two last decades?

Angle 33° is too much. 24-26° will be perfect

With glue if the seam fails when you are down on a dive and your blade comes off it could be a fatal mistake. I never trust glue personally.

I did that 4 years ago to my pathos footpocket,, thought it was general knowledge. Should have made a video about it.

If you need to adjust foot pocket as slightly too tight and fin has already been glued, is it ok to heat the pocket with fin glued in?
