Without even playing Jimmy ATPM I can already tell the Pulsating Mass is probably a tumor. After all Ask GD said it had "feels" but never mentio9ned what the feels were.

Let's not forget about Fear and hunger. A revolutionary rpg/survival horror with no level-up or experience. The peculiarity of this game is that you are progressing only by knowing what are the best choices to make in the game, and what are the poor choiches to avoid

I always thought the only thing you could hope to make with RPGmaker was just walking around with text.
Seeing not only combat, but combat that differs game to game on this list, implying I can actually make interesting combat based on my own ideas, is giving me hope that game design won't just be some pipe dream that gets me through the day.

I think I have hope now, thank you!

To the moon is fantastic but its not a rpg so i really cant put it on my top lists. But its fanstastic and anyone that likes visual novels or a decent story should play it. Its over rated though.
