Been working on jet boats and jet skis for 40 years.they turn on rails but reverse is horrible and maneuverability in reverse is horrible also.and they are not very efficient

Could this work on a mega vessel or would the weight of the vessel be to heavy for it to properly steer or go in reverse

I'm assuming this is more expensive than the regular propeller sticking out? I see this engine as being helpful for conservation of wildlife, actually. I hear a lot about the Florida manatees being killed or maimed by boat propellers. This just has high velocity water hitting them, which I think is much more safe for the survival of manatees.

These engines are safe, id rather use these than props
