ОтветитьWhat brand is your pregnancy ball? I have a workout ball but I can't keep it pumped up enough to keep my knees elevated. My pelvis always sinks down lower than them. Love your channel!

I am currently 18 weeks, didn't workout during my first trimester as I had no energy but I was just walking.
Your videos are calming, not difficult to follow, gives me energy , your voice is so calming and motivates me to do the workouts every day.

ОтветитьLoving this challenge so far, a year late to the party but hey ho 😂🎉 I’m at 12 weeks now, feeling really good!! I do have a little question though, I found the hip exercises at the end really tough (I do normally struggle with the hip stuff but this was another level) is this common or is there something I might be doing wrong? I’m really trying hard to have my form correct but I appreciate there could be a common issue and fix! Thanks so much ❤

ОтветитьGreat exercise! I’m near end of my second trimester now and really enjoyed the workout challenge and especially this one with the yoga ball. The last 10 mins was a bit too quick for me though, especially switching positions took me a bit time to adjust. Would be better if there’s a bit more time in between.

ОтветитьI always appreciate a barre pilates fusion workout. I could've done with less stretching in between. Loved the side lying glute sequence. Can't wait to catch up to booty day since I started the challenge late.
ОтветитьDear Jess, I feel really miserable for after taking a couple of days of break from exercising (I follow you since week 8th, now on my 25th) I found out I am completely breathless and don't manage anymore to do them as before! Do you have any tip? I'm healthy, just had my usual check, no diabetes... Just no breath! I finished this workout with some modifications. I'm 160cm tall and now 60kgs, am I too fat for exercising or is it the pressure on my pulmons? Please help! I miss my energy and strength! Thanks for all your work!
