I was in Los Angeles many years. I am from Germany and have been around in Europe a lot, but the food in Los Angeles was so delicious and dishes I could not even dream of, influences of all kind, Asian, even the french food there tasted better than in France and I still wonder how come the coffee there was the best in the world

#36 is one of my favorite places to visit at least 2-3 times a year but its definitely not for the food, its for the view and beach. The food is a 4 if you if 10 being the highest.

40 LA Restaurants, half of which are pizza and burger joints, and not a single one is from the the San Gabriel Valley. Clearly a list put together by someone who only eats at places other people tell them are trendy and cool.

the moment you mentioned Tito's tacos, you lost all creditability. I would rather die than eat there again. Used to live right next to it and it always has a long line so decided to try it one day. Its just a basic hard shell taco, taco bell Is better. I end up getting food poisoning so never again

What's cool about LA (I know this video is like two years old) is that all these places also got tons of copycat or sometime even better alternatives with their own unique flair if you look around. For example, there's only one Ramen place listed, but LA has literally hundreds of Ramen shops, some even better than Tsujita. Don't even get me started about number of taco shops.
