Girl you are too cute & seem so sweet. Thank you for the advice ☺️
Ответитьi really wanna be able to paint like this and im gonna try ofc but i just don’t believe in my self enough and i CANT for the life of me copy off a reference picture or maybe even sketch it and i just don’t know where to start ….
ОтветитьDamn girl. You sexy as hell
ОтветитьI’ve always painted with acrylics never knew there was a way to use em except from using a lil bit of water not too much
ОтветитьCrayola has the best flourecent oil pastels!!
ОтветитьThe gag is the blocked out stage is good enough for me 😂
Ответитьomg yes, finally someone who uses walmart/cheap paints and brushes like me and paint good! most of the art videos i’ve seen literally use the most expensive brands.
ОтветитьI love you
ОтветитьOff topic but Ashley from Bestdressed is so cool.
ОтветитьDoing a wash
Don’t paint on wet paint
Paint using red, yellow, and blue
Block out everything with simple colors
1. Don’t water down your paint as it can make it streaky, instead to want a creamy consistency
2. Use it a dry brush to blend your wet paint but make sure to wipe the brush off each time
3. Use a little blue for the whites of the eyes/ mix each primary color with white
Lol this comment is more so for me than anyone else, I need to summarize your points to make sure I got it and I’m always rewatching your videos
Oh, this wasn't ranty, for me. It was a beautiful, informative and amazing little lesson. So beautiful, your art.
ОтветитьI started taking up art again, so I’m pushing myself to learn acrylic, water color and oil based paints. Although I don’t have a lot of perspective or anatomy drawing experience, I keep winging it. My learning process is different due to my dyscalculia (like dyslexia, but with math and other weird stuff).
Watching this gave me more confidence in painting with acrylic, thank you.
Loved this! I’ve been finding it hard to go back to my art. I have unfinished works I’m now scared to touch. This specific video has really helped. Thank you Karina ❤
ОтветитьVery good advices :)
ОтветитьLots of really good tips here. The thinking ahead about mixing paint so you don't run out is such good advice.
Ответитьtrust the process, follow through and start what you finished she said
ОтветитьYou did a really good job! Thanks for all your tips!
ОтветитьWow
Great Video
instead of using pintrest i would recommend a site called unsplash, the images are free to use so you don't have to think about copyright and so, may not be as fun as pintrest but if you would like to post on social media and tuff like that:)
ОтветитьWhat i do when it comes to cleaning the pallet: let it dry overnight, then scrape it off. i keeps the paint scraps for no reason, too lol. unless it's a flat pallet, thst is what i do!
ОтветитьThanks..Grace & Blessings..
ОтветитьGod loves you 💞
ОтветитьI just use apple barrel paint from dollar tree works great for me ✨
Ответить💜🧡💫
ОтветитьAwesome video! A couple things I noticed you may be able to help with. First, I see how you use about 1 dab of each of the paints and it lasted for a while. I end up using so much paint because its constantly drying out, which I will at times use a product to keep it from drying out. Another thing I noticed was the paint went on very neatly and "creamy" as you said. When I put the paint down it doesn't seem to look like that, rather its almost transparent; I try not to use much water at all. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it correctly, but I am not buying expensive paints or brushes either. I seem to give up out of frustration because the paint isn't "doing" what I see on videos.
Thanks,
Spencer
How do i blend when the other color i wanna blend it to dries? Ot’s always been a problem for me 😅
Ответитьcan you say hi to my piles ☺
ОтветитьYour artwork and videos are so inspiring. I haven't been able to paint for so so long due to certain unfortunate circumstances and today I sat down and missed painting way too much and found this vid while, it did just the job to inspire me. New sub!<3 Ps. I love your art style it's so dreamy in a way.
ОтветитьAlso if you take cheap Walmart paint and you put cornstarch in it it'll thicken it like more expensive pizza
ОтветитьFor the primary color, I suggest you to use Magenta instead of red and cyan instead of that darker blue.
To achieve red, add a bit yellow to Magenta :D its change everything
And spécial tips for back : burnt omber and phatlo blue make wonder
THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH thank you so much!!! i'm really unfamiliar with painting and this gave me more enthusiasm to practice :D
Ответитьi love ur eyebrows
also your video is good!
do you use Liquitex? your paint seems more flowing than mine - im a newbie and just use water with the acrylic
ОтветитьWhat exactly defines a “professional”?
ОтветитьHey beautiful 😊love your artwork and your earrings are really cute
ОтветитьImportant!! Do NOT dump your dirty painting water outside, PLEASE! Acrylic is basically plastic soooo not good for the environment.
ОтветитьSo beautiful 😍
ОтветитьI want to learn acrylic portrait painting
ОтветитьThank you for this in depth video!
I have been using acrylics for a few years now but my roots are pencils. So I've always been doing portraits in greyish tones. 🤣
Especially the light wash at the beginning is such good advice!
NICE JOB👍🏾😎
ОтветитьHigh quality paint is also made to last, not crack, chip, peel, like cheaper paints.
ОтветитьNot to be tHaT person- (and ur art is absolutely great either way, I rly don't think this will necessarily chanGe it or anything loLL bUt-) the pRimaRy colOrS are yeLlOw CyaN and MagenTa which arent exactly yeLlow reD and blUe-
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk loLL
Personally I’m obsessed with Princeton newton
ОтветитьI'm focusing on her room decoratings
Ответитьthis is off topic but your skin is so clearrr what is ur skincare routine omg
ОтветитьThis was very helpful thank you!!
