In Chapter 4 of the lore this season 14, Seer calls to Rampart for support in the middle of an angry crowd directed at him, both dressed in oversized cloaks, and he wants to speak to them to defend himself and connect with them but Rampart advises him not to. Then Seer gets the idea to collaborate with Duardo Sliva and get his planet apart of the Apex Games in order to bring labour and money to the people of Boreas. Again, he had good intentions but was bamboozled again into looking horrible to the people of his home world.
