Parallel Parking From the Front

If you come in at a sharper angle instead of parallel with the vehicle next to you it is way easier

In my opinion, this is how we should parallel park our cars. Yes, it may takes more space, but the fact that you don't reverse your car to get yourself between two parked cars from a road worth the extra space. After all, if you didn't skip reading the highway code and read only what you need to know for getting your license, it's suggested that you shouldn't be reversing your car in a road, if there are any alternatives to avoid it.

but the space here is not very realistic, usually u would only have a space of a car, which is hmm

I'm always way too far from the kerb and my car is never straight when parking in a space between cars, been driving for 4 months and no matter how many times i practice i still can never get it right

That was a huge space. If its a one car space you have to back in.

This is better than reverse as I am constantly bothered of another car stealing my space from behind when I try to park in a public space.

when you say don"t need to make any moves parking in the streets, does that include streets with no curbs? If driving a longer car like lets say a minivan or suv is that the same way to park, even unless no cars between? Besides that you have any videos on how to park car in street near other tight cars?

The trick by stopping when u see more or less half the bumper of the car in front, makes it that u can easily drive off the spot without reversing, ye?

Much easier, less steps and quicker to just back in if you are an average driver. If you’re a below average driver this will be messy, but will work……somewhat.

If your car doesn’t automatically do it, lower your passenger side rear view mirror as you approach so that you can see your rear wheel/curb when you reverse.

also hat would help is if you could show us how it looks like in the side mirror as we are supposed to use them while parking, it helps to get a better feel as to what we're suppose to see when parking to know we're doing a correct job and to know that we wouldn't hit the car behind

I think I had to park like this in driving school just once and I had so much fucking space it was okay, but never truly learned it.

And now after getting my licence last week I just drove with my father who told me to park this way and I was actually planning to back up, but no I had to do it his way and I completely forgot which way is which and how to even park, like ... wtf

long story short, this was helpful because all my father says is "look at your mirrors" and "you should know this" .....

Do you take your foot off the accelerator, and let the car move up, then put your foot on the break, when you showed the 2nd part of the video?
