Another way to play this with Marohi is to go full physical and use earthshatter of prominence - you will auto shatter the spikes with the cry every time (regular earthshatter only stacks to 18 with 3 instances of 6 while prominence can stack to 6 with 6 instances of 1 which is exactly the number of the quality GC so it is pretty optimal). At 11 endurance charges - you get 110% more damage and with CP doing 180% base thats 388% - the 20% close range bonus bumps this up to 470%. You can also go Sunder - If you put in a hydrosphere on your cyclone for an extra link, your sunder will do even more damage (325 + 60% on the hydro echo = total of 500%ish) just for a swap. The ESoP does around 510% with spikes shattering every time without any necessary complication. Pure phys also allows for some really significant impales to scale your build with. It also allows to forego some of the endurance charges and allows you to go berserker to get some real Warbringer action - if you want to go really deep in damage that's the way to scale it I think.

selfcast with quadruple aoe per endurance charge charms (264 inc aoe i think) is the real slam build, this is fake and you should be ashamed.

Brutal charges do work in PoB, you just never ticked the 'Do you use endurance charges" config. I'll add support for the Hit's can't be Evaded tincture mod so that it works in the next update

u can get charges when hit on life flasks i believe, if u want better minor pantheon power.

Mageblood is Not Bugged in duels its perma Flasks Go to Act8 Sarn Arena for flasks and pathfinders working

Funnilly enough, when used with general's cry, tectonic slam of cataclysm does not remove endurance charges, but still gets the damage bonus (unless it was patched). You still need to have them though (so Ralakesh doesn't work by itself). Might be interesting to check out the damage difference compared to conc path + arn's anguish

The 50% ailment effect from crit mastery is kinda cracked too for bosses. Shock should be juiced from it.

Have you ever actually socketed the tec slam of cata skill in just for science because the generals actually spend their own charges and I know for a fact that you yourself don't need to lose charges. If counting as max charges actually gives your GC clones max charges on spawn despite wearing the belt the tec slam is actually gonna be better. It's all down to whether ralakesh lets them have endu charges or not

this is a very good build considering it's your first build ever!

doesnt the "you count as low life while at 55% of you maximum life or below" basically equate to 10% more life with petrified blood?

there is no chance that the 24% shock you apply to a boss is better then 3 charms

General's cry will give you max endurance charges for your minions who then slam, expending the endurance charges for the Tectonic slam to get the damage value and, iirc, it shouldn't take your actual charges away.

Oh hey, General's Cry + Consecrated Path of Endurance, I had theorycrafted it some for much the same reasons. Glad to see that it does in fact pan out as I expected (I ended up going Splitting Steel this league).
