1) Distraction ka sare karan hamare andar hai kyuki hm apne andar k discomfort aur pain ko avoid karne k liye aur pleasure pane k liye apna state badalte hai isiliye distraction ka root cause hamare andar hai.
2)Aur diatraction ko avoid karne k liye hm kuchh bhi karte hai jaise porn dekhna, masturbate karna, facebook, insta ya reels chalana.
3) Internal triggers bohat jor lagayi hai hme apna state badalne k liye lekin agar hm internal triggers ko 10 mnt tak alarm laga kar dekhte rahenge toh ye intensity kam ho jayegi kyuki internal triggers samudra k laharon ki tarah hamare andar ufaan maregi aur agar hm uss ufan ko dekhte rahe toh khud thori der me kam ho jayegi.
4) Negative emotions ki umra bohat chhoti hoti hai lekin bohat taquatwar hoti hai lekin isse thiri der tak observe karke isse khatam kiya jaa sakta hai.
5) Willpower kabhi khatam nhi hoti baas aapko mindset badalna parta hai jaise har baar discomfort ko avoid karne par hmara control aur bhi majbut hote jata hai.
6) Fir bhi distract hone k samay hme yaad nahi aata tab hme Efforts pacts ka use karte hue distraction wali harkat aur apne beech me positive efforts se duri banayi.
7) Aur ye sab tabhi possible hai jab hm aware ho jaye ki hm ab distract ho rahe hai ya fir distract ho gaye hai, tabhi ye sare upar diye gaye points ko hm sahi se apply kar sakte hai. Isiliye Awareness par dhyan de taki hm knowledge ko apply kar sake nahi toh knowledge rahte hue bhi agar hm use na kare toh ye hamari sabse badi failure hogi.
