Some GOOD catches yes but not the BEST because there were/are some BETTER ones that were left out - John Dyson, Glenn McGrath, Glenn Maxwell (similar to the one shown but better), Rod Marsh, Alana Border, Mark Waugh, Ricky Ponting. Neser's 'catch' should not have been included because he had already touched outside the boundary when he juggled the second attempt - when Maxwell took the ball on both occasions his feet were inside the boundary. Curious times methinks.
ОтветитьWhat....no Mark Waugh?
ОтветитьGordon Sylk, what a fielder. Pretty sure I'd have one in there. C grade Darwin competition, Uni Bulls against Darwin Cricket Club, 2017. Won the fielding award at 47 years. Miss them days
ОтветитьTurn the friggin music up!
ОтветитьMaybe change the title to 'most recent great catches.' No greatest ever catches compilation is complete without John Dyson as many here have already mentioned. Never the less, you've got some great catches here, no doubt.
ОтветитьPlease ditch the music.
ОтветитьIt’s hard watching Smith struggle with the bat lamenting he ‘hasn’t found his hands’ when that’s all the ball can do when he’s fielding. Unbeatable at 2nd slip to gully
ОтветитьThe 6th catch is not out
ОтветитьSorry neeser but that's not a catch even though it was within the rules at the time
ОтветитьNesers was clever but should not be adjudged a catch. Sure he's off the ground but he's jumping from outside the boundary. Six runs there.
Add Maxwell's latest BBL screamer to this lot too. The guy is a freak!
Michael Neser's catch shouldn't have been allowed. You shouldn't be able to juggle from outside the field of play after touching the ground.
ОтветитьNot necessary these catches are when Buckners in ur side🤣...... Nevertheless these are amazing catches
ОтветитьHow is John Dyson not on this list?
ОтветитьNot a single slips or wicket keeper catch makes the cut?
ОтветитьWhere is Glenn McGrath’s diving one hander?!
ОтветитьSeen better catches in the 70s 80s 90s
ОтветитьThese are all not best catches
ОтветитьThese are all not best catches
ОтветитьPlease tell me they didn't give Neser catch out....
ОтветитьOne of the best catch ever in cricket history (Maxwell catch) unbelievable catch 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
ОтветитьNo Steve Waugh vs West Indies at the MCG.
ОтветитьNeser's catch should not have been given out!!!
ОтветитьMissing Punter's superman catch. It might be the best of all time.
ОтветитьYour recency bias is showing...
ОтветитьCan we have something outside the past 10 years?
ОтветитьTerrible list.
ОтветитьSome of these are not out
ОтветитьTim ludiman catch world reckod catch
ОтветитьWhere's John Dyson's catch ?
Ответитьwithout ponting and mark waugh. zzz
ОтветитьTravis Head 🔥🚒
ОтветитьLaughlin's was best.. McGrath's and Dean Jone's unbelievable catches missing from the list
ОтветитьMaxi is diffrend🔥
ОтветитьPat Cummins list mein na ho asa ho nhi skda 👌
ОтветитьMy belief is once a player goes outside the boundary, they should not be allowed to re-enter it to claim a catch. This is only happening because the boundaries have been brought in so much even on the same grounds which used to have a fence as the boundary.
ОтветитьMeh
ОтветитьWhere’s John Dyson’s
ОтветитьSteve Waugh running at the sightscreen without taking eyes off the ball..not just skill but courage.
Ответить😊
ОтветитьApparently cricket has only been played for about 10 years.... If Mark Waugh catching Inzi off Warne is not in your list, it aint a list...
ОтветитьMy favourite all time catch is Dean Jones when he played against New Zealand. Arms out stretched on the wrong side, best catch ever for me
ОтветитьAt the point where Maxwell makes the final grab he has not become legally grounded in the field of play after being outside the boundary. Yes, it was great thinking but he is not a legal fielder at this point.
ОтветитьMark Waugh in Hobart against Pakistan - phenomenal catch at first slip off Warne.
ОтветитьOkay Baseball fans beat these.
ОтветитьAgree with a lot of the comments about those left out: what are the catches that we remember most?: the Mark Waugh sprinting catch almost behind the sight screen; Glenn McGrath sprinting across the outfield, catching one handed and transferring the ball to his other hand (accidently?) before hitting the ground; many Boon catches in close to the bat (including the Warne hat trick ball); and what about Mark Taylor where a ball clipped Healy's glove, hit Taylor in the chest at first slip as he was falling backwards, the ball rebounding towards his feet, KICKS the ball back in the air and catches it while laying on his back!
Ответитьnumber 9 was pretty much regulation
ОтветитьI get the impression you’ve been watching cricket for 10 years. What’s the oldest catch here. Go watch some of the classic catches packages and you will find some more spectacular catches and fielders that you might enjoy.
ОтветитьShow us the best of the ten great sandpaper moments. Grubby cheats are still playing, shame.
ОтветитьNo glove?!
