ОтветитьThis is my 2nd round of Epic ii and omg this was hard! I'm sure the % paused at some point because I was exhausted by 20% 😂🥵. I've been away for 2 wks so expecting some serious DOMS 😅

ОтветитьI had my period during this workout and felt soooo out of breath, but I feel so good. I've noticed that I have less intense cramps during my period when I do more intense exercises. It's hard to muster up the energy, but that's where pre-workout comes in

ОтветитьThis was so incredibly challenging! It took me like 20 min longer than it should have but I got through it with Caroline’s weights or higher! (25lbs for single dumbbell moves) I’m so beat! 😅

ОтветитьLoved this workout first leg day after a week off had a slight pull in my upper back so took it steady today with 6kg weights. I agree with a comment I read below this did feel a little like cardio especially on the kneel to squat and the sets of 5 towards the end I was breathing hard. Loved all of the combinations Thanks Caroline

ОтветитьThis was is one great fun challenging lower body workout, I really liked this one. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells which was a game changer. I was dripping with sweat and my heart rate was sky-high throughout this workout. 💕💥
ОтветитьOh my goodness!!!!! I almost die, absolutely is the hardest leg workout I've done so far!! I was about to quit at 17% but fourtunately I kept going, I don't think I'll be able to walk tomorrow but I finished the workout!! It's all that matters
Ответить11/29/2022 I did this workout and At 68% my quads said ‘nope we’re done’. And I sat on the floor and agreed with them 😊 today 11/30/2022 my quads are hurting lol.

ОтветитьThe last circuit and the circuit of 5 reps each was my favourite! In a Caroline workout your only mindset is keep going, it'll end and nothing else. Everytime I am amazed by myself. This is every single portion of the legs, you are a genius!

Halfway through the first complex: wondering what I was thinking, but not turning back now
After the workout: soaked in sweat, a bit shaky but feeling good, thanks to Caroline and this program for making me want to keep challenging myself 😊 The goal now is to get to 10 kg, progressing slowly but steadily 🙌
wow, what a TOUGH leg day!! every workout i complete gives me a renewed sense of pride and confidence. so cool to see what our bodies are capable of. the endorphins are strong after today's lift. :) thanks as always caroline!
