IT consultancies in USA: Are they legal and should you join them???

Hey Can you suggest me some good IT consultancies

I am planning to join one consultancy, and they are providing me with paid services for $2000 initial charge and $12000 after getting a full-time job. Should I go with them?

I have been working with different consulting companies in the USA. They all have the same pattern. Firstly, they will offer you free accommodation with food expenses. At the same time, they will give you training in various IT domains. Which will last for almost about 2 months. Then they will give you some resume samples to add to your current CV. You will choose to put the fake experience as you want. So their marketing team will start to float your fake experienced resume(with 5+ years experience or whatever is suitable with your gaps). Once you pass the interview, you will have to go to the client's site and start working over there. You may be working there for a month a year or a couple of years. It is your luck. I have not seen anyone working for more than 3 months or so in my group. When I joined the consultancy, 7 guys joined at the same time. They all were terminated and joined the different client after getting their first placement. I never understood why the hell everyone was let go within a few months and once they got placed or found a newer opportunity(only nature knows how the hell?), they never got in touch. I guess they all are hiding the truth, and feeling shame to share the truth.

After doing hell lots of lots of lots of investigation I came to one conclusion that these all fu***ing consultancies are the same. The United States does not have a good economy anymore after 2010. All consultancies give Free accommodation + Food for the first 2 months while providing the training of your choice of domain. They will place you with fake resumes. And once you get fired, they do not want to see you again. SO THERE ARE NO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITIES. They will set up the paycheck rate with 70/30(with sponsoring H1B) or 80/20(Without sponsoring H1B). Just keep jumping around consultancies and see if you hit the gold pot. Which is more likely to happen 1 in a million jobs. OR Go get married to an American citizen to hold a valid Green card. So at least you can stay permanently and do any stupid job like store, Walmart, or gas station jobs.

As a company who already has a client and employee working full time on CPT, we are seeking for employer on record (COnsultancy) who can sponsor H1B.
What percentage commission would they charge in this situation to us as a company?
Who will be responsible to pay H1b fees - us as company or consultancy?

You mentioned in the video that one of your friends got placed in IT companies with the help of a consultant who was a Civil Engineer where he got laid off. So my query is that can we switch careers from Civil to IT? My understanding is that if we do Masters in Civil Engineering, we have to work in the same field. Please let me know.

Do not promote these IT consultancies please. This will just misguide the current and future students who aspire to make it big in USA. They only want your money and making fake resume might come back to bite you when you travel back home and try to enter the USA.
