I’ve replayed this 2 times back to back today. Boy did I need this! The worry I have been carrying around in the last few months is exhausting! I will continue to replay this until it sinks in my head.

God I beg you to please give me peace and help me to let go of this worry and anxiety. Watch over my Mom and keep her safe God because by me worrying I’m just making myself sick. God please always be with her and watch over her. In Jesus name!

I have so much struggle. Retroactive jealousy and numbness are causing me so much depression and anxiety. And even lust is still a problem. It’s just so much to deal with.

If you’re having worries it’s not GOD. For years I thought of my trials as a test GOD had given me. After I realized that my mind set thinking that GOD gave me the anxiety made me think that I had to overcome the fear on my own. Once I realized that fear is from myself ( James 1:13). So you try to calm yourself down when fear overwhelms you and you tell yourself it’s not treatable and you tell yourself that the fear will never leave you are just making it worse which is why you have to let go and let GOD.❤

Everything is about tomorrow, next week, next year? I've been trying to work through God. I have to worry at TIME'S. I've been homeless off and on for 13 year's after a divorce the loss of both my boy's, family etc. I'll make it though

i get very anxious and worried, i was always worried abt losing someone i love dearly especially my parents and i still am but i don't know how to stop these worries. im scared of what God can do, i'm scared he would take away my loved ones knowing i cant live without them

im worry for my mother for my family were drowning on debts, death threats, violent threats, suicidal thoughts of my mom my father misunderstood my mom, i also hate my mom, but i tired i need to pass my board exam i need to review i cant focus were struggling and anxiety is always there am i wrong i dont know everything is against us i always pray that god would allow me to pass my test so would possibly help my mother better.
