How many of the guys use a wedge on your holster? I'm like A-sizz, I prefer to adjust my holster by one adjustment to allow a better grip from draw, however I feel like it flips my grip out a little bit since I'm not quit as buff as Aaron 😅 so it doesn't sit flat against me.
ОтветитьI think Massad Ayoob made the most salient point on the weapon light issue.
To paraphrase... For a self-defense situation, why are you going to use a flashlight? To identify and verify your target. Obviously. This by definition implies that if you identify a non-target, you have now pointed a lethal weapon at a civilian, one who could press charges on you even if you save their life. A handheld light allows you to identify targets, without pointing your weapon at them.
Until I hear a better argument, this is the ideology I carry by.
What glasses is sawyer wearing?
ОтветитьWhat’s it say about your career when part of your video ends up in a Tier 1 video?
I made it mom. I made it 🤘
Your bill drill performance was very impressive
ОтветитьI just signed up for an msp class cant wait
Ответить🔥
ОтветитьJedi is a master at what he does. Hunter is a straight up BAMF too. The Black Belt Standards are unforgiving, but an awesome way to track a whole host of things.
Also pretty wild seeing some of the video I made during one of his classes show up elsewhere. :D
Looks spicy good
ОтветитьNice job! I just completed Scott's 2-day RDS class here in CT. He's an excellent instructor - so far, the best pistol class I've taken. And the drills are really challenging! Just as importantly, the drills give you something to work on on your own, even doing dry fire (to practice the draw). The RDS class is more than just "red dot." He gets deep into core competencies, and he shatters many of the myths perpetuated by so many instructors.
ОтветитьMaking it look easy. Really pleasant to watch too.
ОтветитьI'm a handheld guy. That way you can verify/identify a threat before drawing your firearm.
ОтветитьSolid shooting. Fyi, Streamlight 7A thumb screw sheared off on my Staccato C2 during Travis Haley low light course.
ОтветитьThe drills and standards are awesome, but you guys are incredibly shooters.
ОтветитьIs the hat they are both wearing from T1C?
ОтветитьVideo idea: have someone keep feeding mags into someone's mag carriers and see how many consecutive slide lock reloads they can do. 😂
ОтветитьI've been working the standards since I took Scott's class. If you haven't tried these drills, you don't understand how impressive this is. It's a matter of centimeters of technique.
ОтветитьMany times, your handheld is going to come out prior to drawing your weapon. Weapon light is for two-handed grip if I do have to engage.
ОтветитьIm so impressed with not only your shooting skills but you guys are both so calm and smooth on your discussion. It’s very relaxing to watch and listen 😂
ОтветитьI am new to this, that was impressive. Can someone tell me the size of the headbox and center mass boxes? Thanks
ОтветитьMSP is the real deal! Thanks
ОтветитьCarry both lights.
ОтветитьI shoot a CZ P07 with a light and holosun green dot
ОтветитьHandheld and wml. Just received my Axis Elite (non light bearing). It’s more comfortable so carrying 2 lights might change here soon. Really digging the Axis Elite. Y’all make the best iwb holsters on the market. Great video as always, fellas.
ОтветитьA glock 19 with ramjet afterburner will also fit a glock 19 Axis Elite holster with threaded barrel option. It sticks out very slightly past the end but fits great
Ответитьi carry both a tac light and handheld light.
ОтветитьIf you're not a cop or military, you don't need a light on your gun. You're going to need a light way more often than a gun, and when you aren't wearing a duty belt, it doesn't make sense to carry a light on your gun and a separate light.
ОтветитьCreating a whole new patch for people who couldn't pass the standard?! These standards are very challenging, and yes doing three out of four of them is still amazing, that being said, If that doesn't sound like a friggin participation trophy I don't know what does.
ОтветитьThis is straight fire. You guys are awesome
ОтветитьGo, Vols
ОтветитьDon’t really have a hard stance but as a civilian I’d say a separate light would be better…if you need a light you may not need to have your concealed carry out pointing it around.
ОтветитьAh, he's tightened up his mulligan count. Used to be 2 per attempt according to his comment on Travis McCamish's run. Very good shooting!
ОтветитьWell done!
ОтветитьMe personally I only spend my money on instructors who have real world experience. And now how to and have to use there gun in real world
ОтветитьDrill suggestions. Langdon super test and super rear on steroids
ОтветитьDrill suggestion guys. How about Ernest Langdons X drill?
ОтветитьI just started aiwb carry and yalls video have helped a ton. Shot a lot growing up but was mainly sporting clays and rifles so transitioning to pistols has been a learning curve for sure. Yall definitely provide good info standards and products
ОтветитьIf you aren't following Scott...you should be. Him and a number of individuals he works with are absolutely monstrous with handguns.
ОтветитьWhat pants are y’all’s go to? It’s hard to find pants that really work well with conceal carry setup that are sturdy and have wide enough belt loops that support an Elite type holster.
ОтветитьHolster for Sig macro w/ tlr 7 sub let’s go
ОтветитьGood drill. 👍
ОтветитьPretty decent tbh
ОтветитьDoes Aaron get a patch?
ОтветитьI just went through Scott's red dot instructor class and after a whole day these drills get even harder. I managed to get 2 out of 4 with a super close miss at 7 and 25. But great Shooting guys and way to crush it.
ОтветитьBro, visually clear your holster before re-holstering. Re-holstering fast without visually clearing has zero practical or safety advantages.
ОтветитьScott is great. Took MSP1 in April. The real deal
ОтветитьDo a USPSA match for a future video
ОтветитьExcellent shooting as usual! 👍👍
