This is just what I was after - have never been able to add check boxes, now I have a completely interactive form - thank you! Very easy to follow the instructions, despite being quite a complicated process.

Figured it out. I was in compatability mode.

The properties on my version of Word which I thought was the latest, is not the same! I don't have this option.
