UPDATE: My take is she made a simple math error on that counter at $150K for 12.5%. Not everyone can calculate to exacting valuation while standing in front of the Sharks under pressure of a pending last chance deal. But even if she'd said a more correct offer like $150K for 15% ($1M valuation) I doubt Emma would have gone for it. If she'd said $100K for 20% there may have been a chance.

Update sites say the deal DID go through though, I'm seeing that confirmed by several shark tank update sources, so I don't know what others are on about with their "the deal fell through" crap. She's added a bunch of accessory products and is apparently doing $1M in sales yearly now. (Sources: shark tank blog, AI update, shark tank update, etc)
