Don’t go. The street venders has made it impossible to enjoy. I went to Cozumel several times a yr for almost 10 yrs now and they are getting worse. It’s turning into harassment. I couldn’t hear anything my husband and I was talking about over “excuse me…over here..come look” over and over again.

I just had fun in Tijuana. I went to several clubs (brothels) to party with the ladies, eat local food, and checked out other parts of the city. I'm now in Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego trying out the local and popular eateries. Its so damn expensive here but its worth my time. In your hometown, would a burger and fries cost $15-$20?

One of the world most dangerous tourist destinations on earth. Who would have figured.

Kidnapping tourist for $10k ransom not a million like the old days. They text your family and demand $10K be PayPal or Western Union within 1 hour. Everyone can raise $10k so they know the family will pay up.

I lived in Mexico City, Cancun, Puerto Escondido and many other places. I have Mexican friends who I lived and traveled with. Had it not been for their protection I would have been robbed and killed 10 times over.

I know this sounds incredibly crazy, but honestly, when in Cancun or anywhere in Mexico for that matter, never get kidnapped. I'm not trying to scare you, but the country is known as a ‘hotspot for abductions.’ Of course this doesn’t mean that you need to be wary of every single place you’re in but don’t make the mistake of going out at night, especially if you’re alone, to places that you’re unfamiliar or that are notorious for being a bit shady. Cancun has a thriving night life, one that is difficult to ignore, but always remember that there is danger lurking in many corners. Don't be that foolish tourist.

Do not leave the area though…unless you are going with a large group on an excursion…….

We are full vaccinated against Covid19 as Americans parents of 14 and 9 years old , only my child who is 9 years old is not vaccinated, if we go to Cancun this month ,we will have problem or issue to come back to USA or my child must be in quarantine for 2 or 3 weeks there because he is not vaccinated!?? Any advice, I appreciate it...😊🙏🙏
