Ok, great convo overall, but on a side note... I've watched many Jubilee videos, but the transition between segments is causing me fight or flight reaction this time. I'm working with a dog that growls a lot this weekend. (He's doing well; we both are.) The sound of the transition sounds too close to a dog growling and causing me mini-heart attacks! I 100% agree and applaud Mario. If a child can't get a tatoo under 18 then why should they be allowed to make permanent life altering decisions that can negatively impact them physically, psychologically, and has the possibility of infection or death.Our brains dont fully develop until our 20s.

I'd go out on a limb and say videos of naked people on bicycles out of Seattle wasn't from pride but rather the solstice parade in which everyone is naked and on bicycles... it's the parade we joke about being gayer than the gay pride parade. But it's a celebration of summer and more so the liberation of artistic expression. These people also paint their whole bodies in themes. Buddy of mine had a group that painted themselves as the care bears.

As a straight person I would like to say I believe the LGB community is largely accepted. Those that don’t accept the gay community imo are the losers of humanity and their opinions should not count, because they’re idiots in all aspects of life. I also think the TQIA community has a big PR problem. Part of that problem is the pronoun challenge. If a person, who this topic is like less than 1 % of their daily thoughts ends up offending someone accidentally, and then gets confronted by the offended person who looks like their born sex, now both parties are hurt offended, confused. In other words, the general population does not care about how one identifies, they’re concerned with their own problems, responsibilities, stresses. Tom soon to be Sally’s transition is irrelevant to most people, yet the trans community now has this mega megaphone broadcasting their cause, and their issues. Secondly I feel their PR problem exists due to the folks that are trans seem to be mean spirited, easily offended, entitled, judgemental, uses a language that has aspects that don’t make common sense, and are generally off putting to be around. The gentlemen on todays panel, minus the curly hair Jean jacket guy, are reasonable, thoughtful, people who I could easily become friends with. Would I seek out to be friends with a trans? Why would I want that much drama in my life? My energy needs to go to solving problems and pursuing my dreams, not going to constant aggravation.
