Theory: Maybe, that was Bowser and Bowser He’s age when they first appeared, and you know like in cartoons that cartoon characters age stays forever. So, I think that is their age, it just shows different years to make sense because if they show the actual year they were born, they would be a lot older, since it’s 2023.
