ОтветитьI thoought this was gonna be easy, but it still had be break into a sweat! Been doing your workouts for 2 months now and I feel stronger everywhere and my DR is much better. Didn't think short workouts make a difference but I think doing them every day has been the key

ОтветитьNew mom as of five months! I found your videos during my pregnancy. Have DR and pelvic floor weakness post-partum, which have left me discouraged. Re-discovered your workouts! Love the Tabata style HIIT! Thanks for keeping the workouts short, but intense! I can workout while baby plays with a toy on a blanket next to me and am done when he is also ready for the next activity!
