Mark Wiens, you have found a Masaharu Morimoto (of Iron Chef fame) double, Chef Kong in the midst of Chiang Rai. Chef Kong is truly very talented. We will make a trip to see him to try the Garlic Chive Root. For now, I can imagine the exotic tastes of these exotic herbs.
