Everything worked, but i cant find 1720x1080 ingame.

when i click the restart64 and i apply the new property, my screen goes fuzzy and i can barley see anything.

Help someone my screen is 2560x1440 but i put it to 1920x1080 like in the video, deleted the cru in panic and now my monitor wont turn on

Ive tried everything to fix it but idk what to do. Its either it doesnt work and I dont see 1720x1080 in my list of resolutions or, if I do see it, my screen wont stay on that res, it goes black like normal then when it comes back on it like resets back to 1920 like it wont stay as 1720, also I have a 360 hz monitor so i feel as if that might have something to do with it but even if it does work i dont know how i would get it to 360hz, PLEASE HELP MEEE
