ОтветитьI really enjoyed the bloat remedies! Thank you! Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation out there. Our body’s level of estrogen and testosterone peak during ovulation and fall after. For the next week after estrogen falls while progesterone rises. This is where hormone imbalance often happens due to estrogen not being metabolized properly. Estrogen is a lovely hormone and does wonders for the body during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle but must be metabolized after. Cruciferous veggies are essential for this!

Bloated messes with my mental health so bad. I have developed unhealthy habits because of bloating like lowering my calories to 500 a day, loads of cardio, making myself throw up, taking random pills and supplements, more laxatives than the recommend amount…dehydrating myself, forcing myself to be in the sauna to the point of passing out… it’s so unhealthy and awful how bad us women have bloating. I’ve gotten better at letting myself bloat it’s still a battle I struggle with 😢 I’m glad I am not the only one who had this problem.
