The way he was pressing the button made the counter always drop on the right side of the DZ, so he should have tried to play it from the left instead, just to make the jackpot drop from the top shelf...

The questions are pathetically easy, giving away the answer in the question a lot of the time, and the Galton board USP is tedious. Surprised this got more than 1 season.
