most people don’t really know abt dio over haven bc not too many people researched abt him his abilities and hax are really insane without his stand he can still able to change reality also able to stop time without no limits that’s really broken only a character can beat dio forgot who he was but he’s a hamon user most of the fighting nobody was even close to dio powers bc of how broken he was really in the universe he was in he killed dio and needed to kill many sinners so he can achieve the form of dio over heaven reason why they called him it bc he passed the gates of heaven even tho he killed multiple sinners plus doing more also he can nullified any attacks coming from the JoJo bloodline and etc even tho not many people see it in and a fun fact would be that in Italian “Dio” name would be calles “God” even people don’t know too much of this fun fact but anyways the race for dio would be still having vampire in him but more having the power of a god between both
