I use keyword "Distro YYYYMMDD" appended with the person or company name. I.e. Distro 20230824 Thomas Fingerling

Another way of searching is in the map module: you can filter the film strip images to be only those visible on the map, and then switch to the library module and combine that filter with others that you showed in this video.

Good review. I have been using all of these techniques to help me with my library. I put a lot of work into keywords. However, it drives me crazy that LrC's keywords do not carry over to Lr. I would be using the mobile applications more frequently if the keywords between the 2 programs would simply sync.

Thanks for putting this video together. As a subscriber, and largely a landscape astrophotographer, I really enjoy your style, inflections and generally the speed at which your presentations flow. But I have a specific question for you re: LrC filters - obviously the filters apply to images in "collections." I'm still very hazy on where these collections are stored on my hard drive. I know I'm taking up a lot of space that in some cases, I may not need. As I've recently upgraded my computer, I can not find them! Is there a specific method to finding where LrC stores them, as it's not obvious? Thank you!

Anthony, here's a new topic for your next video. Adobe just released an email announcing the Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced Files effective 2/1/24. Can you explain exactly what that means, what we can expect, and the impact (if any) to what we do today? Thank you.

What app/tool does Anthony use that allows him to zoom into a specific panels and that panel (that is zoomed in on) still functions as designed? I think that would be helpful when I have Zoom sessions with an out-of-state friend where we edit images together (making it easier to see what adjustments are being made). I'm hoping that it's an app that can be used in a live Zoom session and not something that he does in post production.

I assign a word to a photograph but when searching, many times it doesn’t pop up. I have to narrow my search to each individual year etc. Am I doing something wrong?

Anthony, you hit this one out of the park, at least for me. I thought I knew all I needed to know about filtering; boy was I wrong. I use the filter by metadata a lot but didn't realize it was possible to make filter presets, or add columns with additional filter criteria. I have just started selecting images for a photo book I am making and the hints that you gave us will save me an immense amount of time. THANK YOU!

Anther good video. No for a challenge, How would you adjust color via the HSL panel in a mask? I went to Stony Book SP for waterfalls and I want to enhance the green leaves on the trees, but not the green algae in the water. Struggling with this one.

Thanks Anthony, once again you have given good details. I see some lens information is blank; What do you think of the Lenstagger plugin?

Is anyone providing a face recognition plugin? Also, how about image-based searching? I have thousands of family photos that include negatives and prints that are different sizes scanned at different times. Being able to even get suggestions of those kinds of dupes would be killer!

Thanks for this video!

During import if you forget to check remove duplicates is possible to to remove duplicates after import or do you just have to do it yourself?
