Xcode doesn't even look like this for me, the very first project creation steps are different, no explanation what "Core Data" is or "Host in CloudKit" so not really aimed at true beginners. Sorry.

I don't think the url is valid anymore. I am getting a picture with the message "We couldn't find that photo". I am running Xcode 14.3.1. I am also getting an alert on the line with 'guard let data=try?...' inside the func getRandomPhoto()

the website used no longer supports the url used here and
should not occur on this application's main thread as it may lead to UI unresponsiveness. Please switch to an asynchronous networking API such as URLSession.

I work for Apple as iOS and macOS tech support. I love this and I am actually about to learn more as I signed up for Code Academy. I want to understand this stuff so bad. It’s going to be fun but definitely challenging.

Come on... Hpw many times can someone say "go ahead and" in 15 minutes? Idk why I cannot ignore it and it makes it impossible to focus on the content of the video.

First off thank your for the video. I want to also say it seemed a little rushed for no apparent reason? Why the hurry? Your supposed to be helping teach people that have never used swift before. Just really seemed like you were trying to bust out a video and not trying to teach. Hopefully you see this as constructive criticism and not a criticism of character.

hello, thanks for your video! I liked the way you explain. and the only thing that "bad things happened" was that errors came out because I did not close the stimulator correctly. but I still found what hotkeys to do it and everything worked fine :)Ps/ command + Q. in case it helps someone like me

I love how the beginners course doesn’t tell you anything about the vocabulary of the development tool. So knowing everything is a pre-requisite. Fail.

Thanks for the help, but with all due respect it's misleading when you add "2023" into a Video you made in April 2022. To garner more views XCode has changed since.
