Ответитьgosh i immagine neurons are britle cells like tree branches, then especially magnesium, soften these brittle cells, water hungry cells attracting water into the making it hydrated...
but i discovered magnesium supplements arent enough i still take lamictal and xanax but Mg helps big way..

ОтветитьI want my brain to be studied. Because doctors can't figure out what's wrong with me and I can't explain what I'm dealing with and that's part of the problem. I truly can't put it into words but my symptoms are getting worse each day. The only way I've been able to describe it is a complete disconnect between my brain and body. NFD is the closest thing I can compare it to. But sometimes I can't speak, and because of this, I will get so emotional. I'm angry at myself because I can't get the words out and then I feel so bad for the person I'm talking to because they don't know what's happening. I also get weak and dizzy every single time i stand up. My muscles are so weak, and every day i feel like I'm carrying around heavier and heavier sandbags which makes it impossible for me to do simple tasks. Or i have freezing episodes where i start shaking and my entire body stiffens, especially in my shoulders and i start breathing abnormally but whenever someone asks what's happening or how they can help, I tell them I don't know what's happening and I don't know what to do. Because I don't know what's wrong with me, I don't know what kind of help I need.... I just want to know what's going on.....

ОтветитьThat’s interesting.. cause when I used to work clinic (r.n, OSH in industrial setting) people with mental health issues that consulted me that couldn’t say what or why, I asked them what they would think most about during their day, in terms of time spent thinking about xyz, to get them start. I don’t know if they teach this kinda tactical question, I feel like our role expects us to stay very passive in those kind of consultation, but anyway I learned from experience, and it always worked, very well. People don’t get offended by it, that never happened and it wouldn’t make sense to, its a fair and factual question to ask, it’s pretty easy for people to find their answer (I tell them they don’t have to tell me, it’s their answer) for those that aren’t used to be introspective (I used to work with engineers and very technical people, so bringing them there could be more difficult at times, and that’s fine! They can list their symptoms well but don’t have a single clue why they’re experiencing them, or what it’s related to.. once educated, well oriented and supported/coached, they do well though, they really just didn’t know, and that’s ok).

ОтветитьThis can even be improved if you have ADHD. Most people trying to improve their neuroplasticity are starting at the ground floor and going up. If you're ADHD you might have to start in the basement but it is possible to improve it.

ОтветитьBefore going on anti depressants,&anti anxiety medications…with the seriously dangerous side effects of suicide,& homicide…try getting more sunlight, exercise,quit drinking alcohol, eat right, sleep right, take vitamins,& minerals, get counseling, listen to music, clean,& paint your space, enjoy art, avoid narcissists, find a better job, find your joy, get a pet…etc…
