Her vibrato is the most unique sound I have ever heard. It's just so quick that you miss it if you blink your eye for a second.

I promise you 99% of you have not a single idea what the lyrics mean, even if you think you do, If you have eyes to see, then you already know, otherwise...whooosh over your head. I'm not even saying this though to belittle, I highly suggest anyone try and decode these lyrics, in the process you will learn more than you thought possible. "The shinning ones" and what colours mean in a spiritual context is a good place to start, and the implications? well they are vast. If you conclude though, this all at the feet of Florence and her Machine, it's not, the meaning existed before this song, its possible they may not fully understand it themselves, because its not something that can be fully understood.

This is a deliberately cryptic post, if you understand the actual meaning of these lyrics (or at least the symbolism of them) you will know why. Its not something you can exactly put into words, only fragments of it.
I also sincerely doubt the actual meaning has ever been talked about, regardless of what they have or have not said in interviews about it. There is a a distinct esoteric meaning in these lyrics, but you have to understand some other esoteric things to see it.

If you have the meaning I refer to it leads to the following question "so what is the intent behind this?" and they themselves only know that.
