ОтветитьThanks for the overview. When you mentioned dialing from CRM on mobile uses your phone not the Ring Central app, does that mean it uses the phone dialer or data on my cellular plan? I ask because I am often in areas with poor cell coverage and typically can only make calls via cellular since data calls are not reliable.

ОтветитьI've been using Zoho One for about 3 weeks now and setup the Zoho Telephony and so far it works good for us. We don't use voice that often, only a few calls here and there, so it's a good solution for us.
