Omg....that burger is like 80 percent egg...

So something people don’t seem to understand... beef is seen as something available only to the “rich” or “higher class” in a LOT of countries. People in lower classes in many countries (Taiwan, N. and S. Korea, etc) cannot afford beef (if I remember correctly, for just a pound of beef in N. Korea, it would almost be the equivalent of somewhere around $100 - something to that extent), so they have to make due with what they can get their hands on. For some, it is tofu mixed with egg and flour, some it is soy bean, some - if they’re lucky - it is turkey or chicken. Pork in some areas as well can be purchased, but normally the “real” meat is eaten only from big restaurants or only on major holidays (I.e. Presidents birthday in N. Korea, strictly as an example). This is why Americans are viewed as “rich”, we can eat meat whenever we want, have as much of it as we want and get it in many different forms. To some, that will just simply never be achievable.

I have never in 57 years saw meat that color after being subjected to heat. When he flipped the patties they were basically the same color as the bun. Neither have I saw any form of meat to be used as a burger patty that was poured like a thick liquid. It would be nice to know what she is putting in the center and covering. It seems as though it could be dates.

I have never seen liquid beef like that. There is no blood coming from the meat at all. The color is off as well. At first I was wondering as to how you can grill liquid meat all the way then the fryer dunk was amazing.

The "hamburger" looked absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't want to eat any of this slop. When I was in Thailand, I had a bunch of great farm-fresh produce and healthy meat and fresh seafood. Nothing I ate looked like any of this garbage.
