These will always be toys/investments for rich people and the occasional already successful artist from now on unfortunately. It'd be cool if Norm set up a museum/studio so people could see and hear these instruments.

It looks best place for a second true family! Pick me up there, it should be a real honor to live close all of those special instruments and working with this incredible people! Wuau!
