After eating my eggs can i just blend the eggs shells into powdery form n try mixing them with water n drink it? ... i am worry if using boiling water still hasn't kill any bateria or germs?
Ответитьit is best to eat the membrane raw, right away, and if you heat up the egg at 250 degrees , you destroy the vitamins instantly by the heat itself of the membrane

ОтветитьMaybe I’m crazy… But I just throw three whole raw eggs into the bledtech with fruit and raw milk. The blendtech does good work on the shells, the end. So far I haven’t been sick ever. I’ve been eating raw eggs since I was a kid and I haven’t had any issues.

The eggshell is primary calcium carbonate with 40 percent calcium and only 3 percent magnesium. Its different from calcium source like chicken bone with marrow becausethose bone in ideal calc, posporus and magnesium ratio.
If you only eat 200-250 gram meat daily, you can adding just really a small pinch eggshell and thats just fine and good thing.
Reccomendation eating over this i believe those can deplete your magnesium level that can cause severe muscle cramp etc

ОтветитьFor all the sane people using the metric system: when he says 250 degrees he means 250°F (Fahrenheit). That is about 120°C (Celsius). So use 120°C for an hour, or you will end up burning the eggshells like me🙁. For all the NON-METRIC users, please, just please, at least mention that it's Fahrenheit.

I returned to this video for the temperature to bake the eggshells. This is my second batch. I use my nutri bullet to pulverize them as it does a fantastic job. End result is a fine powder. I store it in a tightly sealed plastic container. I scoop out a leveled 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon and just drop it in my mouth. I also wash it down with a beverage. I know now I am getting the best source of calcium.
ОтветитьHello I’ve just started eating egg shell I’ve tried every way I know of to ground them but they are still gritty but small amount. I use a bullet and then a coffee grounder. I wanted to know do I need to take vitamin D3 to get it to absorb into my body or will it just absorb without that? Do I also need to take magnesium supplement with the eggshell as well? ОтветитьI did this for the first time. I am very happy with it. I made tacos and just added a ½ tsp on top of my meat, didnt even notice it with the hard shell taco. Just wished I had known about not using a plastic container when grinding it up.

ОтветитьThanks, I have been saving eggshells for a few days on the advice of a fellow carnivore but was unsure about the rest of the process.
(update) Tried it today, pulverized the shells in a coffee bean grinder after drying and sprinkled it on the beef and lamb. Just great!

ОтветитьI just did some farm fresh egg shells, I didn't freeze or bake them! I put them in a wicker basket, covered with a towel. I waited for a few weeks, then I ground them up. I am learning a lot about health and nutrition in my 50's!! Wish I knew this stuff sooner! Getting ready to start the carnivore diet with my wife soon, we are easing into together.. we had steak and eggs and I fried them in bacon grease, we dipped the steak in the grease, WOW it was delicious 🤤. We always believed the no fat myth from the doc's and the food pyramid!! We're learning now from you how to eat a proper human diet! Thank you doctor, God bless.

"Sodium" While it’s true that we need sodium, most people certainly don’t need more sodium.
The membrane is certainly a good thing to eat because as you pointed out in good for collagen intake (which is also anti-inflammatory). But the eggshell?
Probably pointless for most humans.
Calcium can be found super easily in dairy and many greens.
