At our worst, we all tend to think in fixed labels to avoid the complexity of change - both for us as leaders, and the changes necessary for our colleagues within the changes, [the rough waters you discuss in the work-process] - which predictably occur in the reality of almost any change over time - 'good or bad.' The only thing that would make me think this cycle could be slightly different is the overall increased adoption of crypto since 2019 and all the hype with the BTC/ETH ETF speculation. Could the market stay held up this cycle by the anticipation of ETFs and the overall awareness that a bull run is coming? The surge is speculated to possibly be the beginning of a massive new uptrend, making it a crucial time for investors to pay attention, I've personally benefited from following Brian Michael Moran, trading tactics, amassing 13 bitcoins in a short four weeks period, which speaks volumes about his expertise.

ОтветитьProvides no evidence of "great companies" that focus on employees. Steve Jobs and Elon Musk notoriously don't give a shit about employees and have arguably the greatest companies ever. Simon is like a preacher telling you what you want to hear so you keep patronizing him.
Also contradicts himself. Says stock market was invented so we all share in revenue (not true - stock market was obviously invented to raise funds), but then says companies should not focus on shareholders. Also says companies shouldn't have competitive metrics but then says he is highly competitive with a rival. Says infinite game is perpetual improvement... Well, what is improvement without measurement?
Good points on safe spaces and trusting teams and leadership though.

If you want my advice put a strategic plan for your goals in life spiritually and financially, educate yourself about them, and go for it. Forget about companies' infinite future as some companies will rise others will die everyday. Christiano.

This matters and it matters a lot for this and that reason and then that matters for this and that reason there's a lot of circular logic that Simon utilizes here. If you look for keywords, he is basically wobbling through on bullet points and using aforementioned circular logic to espouse his rhetoric and keep himself employed as a talking bobble head of corporate bullshit.
