i dont have these problems, my dog has his spot on the bed reserved, he sleeps at the foot of the bed and to the side so i can stretch out
dont be cheap buy the dogs a high speed remote control buggy, they will chase it for hours, i nearly killed my dog, withy one, he chassed and chased it so furiously that he had all white froth down the side of his face and he was huffing and puffing like he was on deaths door, i thought i had killed my dog, i got so carried away watching him pursue the high speed buggy doggedly, refusing to give in and take a break he was and is still obsessed with that high speed buggy, when it comes out to play my dog becomes instantly overjoyed, but these days its out the front of my house along the street and in my driveway, he parks himself behind the bushes waiting to pounce, and chase it up the street and back to his stalking position, he's 10 years old almost, he's too old to kill himself chasing a high speed remote controlled buggy.
dogs are special magical crearures, they are the only or the best at reading human emotion, indeed as soon as a dog arrives at the masters house the first thing the dog does is study the master, dogs learn all about our emotional repetitive moods and we become predictable to them, but dogs are as unique as human personalities are, when you bring home a pup, you have no idea what sort of monster you have brought home untill it's to late and you have bonded with it, but all dogs study there owners, there moods, there mannerisms, and some dogs of certain personality types use this informatio0n to push there luck because there owner is a push over, wont come when called, wont stop bad behaviour when commanded, because the dog has worked out it's owner is a joke and he can get away with all sorts of bad behaviour, so the dog does, but a dog with a more genital personality would fit with this push over owner and listen to there commands, while the first dog needs an owner with a firm hand and who the dog can look up to as a leader, not as a push over, different dogs have different personalities, exactly as humans do, and they need different types of treatment, a dog who is looking for a strong leader as an owner will walk all over a soft loving owner who never firmly commands the dog to do anything, while a shy timid dog needs that soft and loving owner and treats the suggestions of the owner as commands out of timidness, so beware, when you bring home that lovely young puppy, you have no idea what sort of dog your bringing home until it is too late, you have bonded with i9t, if it starts ignoring all your commands, it only does so because it knows you are weak and wont do anything to the dog seriously, so there are no boundaries on such a dog, the dog is it's own master, what it really needs is a strong leader for an owner, someone who will not back down in front of the dog, it's the owners way or no way and when the dog see's it cannot win against a strong and commanding owner it will fall in line and be happy to be lead by a strong leader, that's what the dog really craved, and the soft owner falled all the dogs tests, so the dog was self employed and it's own bose, it never listen to the soft owner anyway, but a soft timid dog needs the soft owner, i never have to tell my dog anything, he just knows what to do and rarely ever plays up, my dog is happy with our arrangement, i never have him on a lead, because i dont need to, he never plays up and when in traffic he sticks by me and looks for my guidance across busy roads, he never goes out onto the street where cars are, he sticks to the footpath, if he is confused he defaults to me and stick close to me, i never have to worry about him running onto the road, it's been ten years he would have done it by now, this dog knows what car space and whats our space, walkways and kerbsides, he is a timid sort of a dog due to his first owner mistreating him as a pup, so i got him as a pup, he was disturbed and making weird noises, and so unhappy to be leaving the breaders for the second time, but when he realized he woulkd not be beaten, and that his life would be exciting and interesting full of games, action and adventure he cheered up and gave me his obedience, my dog knows i am the leader, but lately i made an error, whilst walking the dog, he would stop and point his nose towards the extended walk direction and i would double back and let the dog pick the route, so we would end up on extended walks, because the dog would chose it, bad mistake, when i wanted to go the regular route the dog would stop and point his nose toward the extended route, i would stop and it became a battle of wills, that i could not afford to lose or else i would lose the dog, often, i would turn right and the dog would point straight ahead and refuse to follow me, insisting on the longer walk, i had to force the dog to go my way, or i would have lost this fine dog, the dog would go from happy slave to creul master, a dog who has gotten the idea in it's head that it is the master is a usless tyrant of a dog, it will torment it'sw owner, i had to win back the battle of the wills, what i need to do, is when i get to a choice point in the walk, regular route or extended route, i need to decide before we get there and just go in that direction and rob the dog of any hope of executive decision making, i must decide regular or extended and just go in thast direction and break the dogs will, if i decide regular route and thye dog stops and refuses to follow me, i must press ahead and activate the dogs panic reflex so it buckles and follows me, it was a bad idea to give the dog the power to decide which route we walked, it empowered the dog to become the leader, and that always ends badly for the owner, indeed strong dogs often walk all over loving owners who need timid dogs who will appreciate there soft and gental style, but a dog who needs a leader should never be left with a soft and loving owner, they will class and be unhappy together, such a dog need a strong and decisive leader for an owner, such a dog will feel safe and secure in such an environment, in a soft owners care this dog will see the weakness of the owner as things to exploit because it can, a SOFT DOG OWNER NEEDS A TIMID dog or frightened, who will feel safe in the presence of soft nurturing and gentle treatment, it will indeed value such and owner, a harsh owner will strain this dogs nerves

Just a note here to anybody considering getting a dog... dogs are not this much work and most of this grooming etc you do once a week not every morning.

I believe having more than one dog is better for the humans and for the dogs, they're way more independent and have a pal for when we humans can't be with them.

I have a cavapoo puppy and our routine in the morning long walk and then play home outside then he go to sleep for 2 hours😎
