Chug alot of water and a couple of zinc tabs

100% WORKS, used this method multiple times in the past.
Simple method provided to me by an actual probation officer when i was a kid (no cap)
Drink at least 1 gallon of water a few hours prior to testing. Pee at least 5 times before testing with the last pee being ~an hour before the drug test. By now you'll only be urinating mostly water, start test halfway through stream.
Take B vitamins or drink an energy drink on the way to testing so your urine is yellow and not looking like pure water.

So just dont do drugs and drink water, informationful

You do realize that if you flush your urine prior to a drug test, they know it. Your urine has to have a certain weight, if it doesn't, it's considered a positive. The same applies to removing all your hair as well, if you show up like that,it's considered a positive.
And by the way, I'm DOT certified to do alcohol and drug collections. I've done them for DOT,DOD and DOE. I currently do them for the Department of Children Services in Georgia.
It might be easier on you folks to just stop taking drugs.
