ive been practicing killing the Zboys and can kill 3 at a time

Sooo if you spawn in a new character. Does the date stay the same? Or does it reset? So for instance, It takes 14 days for the power to shut off. I die on day 2, make a new character. Will I have 12 days of power left? Or has it reset to 14 days again?

Pussy-cats are potential pacifists.

And it´s much better to place them outside the door or window, so they prevent zombies from reaching the entrance. They can still break them, but it will you give you enough time to react.

Chairs don´t prevent zombies from passing through doors. Only items with collision do. If you choose to place items to close entrances, make sure there are items that you can´t walk over, such as tables, big chairs, sofas, fridges...

Smoker is a negative one I've seen a few used as I guess cigarettes and lighters/matches are easy to find but, you can also do other things to fix the side effects from it.

The two-story with sheet ropes sounds like a really good idea. Can the zombies destroy the ropes or anything though?

There are two mods that can help new players. They expand the tooltips to include detqailed effects of traits and moodlets.
