How to Make an Instagram Reel with Photos in 2023

How do you zoom in on a photo without zooming the entire reel? Like if the subject is far away and you want to crop/zoom one photo? Is that possible?

Sis, that method of making reels with photos is pretty slick. I've been doing something similar with boost app social. Their toolkit actually gives you some unique reel templates which saves time.

I’ve seen reels that use a clip from a show and a different photo as the background. ex. Michael Scott holding the speaker blasting “everybody dance now” and he’s cut out of the clip and you hear the original audio but there’s a still photo in the background. How do people make those??? (Did I just reveal how basic I am? lol)
