Hey tykato!!! Once you get to the fourth stretch, you should do 1 min of each stretch one time per day or are you supposed to progress to say, 2-3 times daily?

Hello Tykato! I don't understand this position at all. Please Should be your scapulae relaxed and be forward (it means that your back are fully relaxed) or backward, but in a kind of tension?

I'm really struggling with the first one from the 2nd week. I don't feel anything in my ankles, and if I lean my hips forward, it puts a horrible curve in my lower back - what I am doing wrong?
