Mosfet rds measured at 200milli ohm. .so how so you ensure the issue is on the LCR tester, rather than a fake mosfet?

I love this thing. I'm guessing the strip of three connected pins that comes with this thing is for self-testing (and maybe it does calibration at the same time) when pushed into 1, 2, and 3.

OBSERVATION >> when you plugged in the HIGHER CURRENT MOSFET..it gave you readings you were concerned about...BUT I DIDNT SEE YOU CLIP IT IN PLACE as you DID the rest before and after it ))...(that may have been the reason why )) ive been looking for REVIEWS on the best cheap HOBBYist tester...and this part scares me into not buying one )

hello, can this tester check electrolytic capacitors over 100μf?

multi function tester T7H thinks it's a resistor ( bt134 triac)

I have the pcb only but it measures mosfet capacitance not well, it is double the normal value. if does not igbt and darlingtons.

Anyone know where these things originated from? Have all these many ones you see on retailer sites all come from the invention or release of an IC?

This tester needs for short and open circuit calibration before doing the test.

Measure discrepancy for the low RDS (sub 100mOhms) is most likely heavily influenced by the contact resistance of the plug/header connection. Just a guess.
