Well, if Operation Barborossa was put off, Germany would have likely carried out Operation Sea Lion, the invasion of Britain which was postponed in 1940. That was the most logical move for them at the time. But because of Hitler, invading Russia would be an inevitable eventuality.

I found ou the name of the song is "Wenn die Soldaten".

I have the 2004 edition of THE WORLD AT WAR and the contrast is really bad in some episodes of the series, especially BARABAROSSA.

The old version looks better. The new version looks grainier without increased detail.
