Something about this guy....he looks like a viper in the flesh. Its so weird how some criminals look truly terrifying in a stereotypical way.

I think the most shocking aspects of stories like this, of which there are many, is how these men who have absolutely no appeal whatsoever can get in relationships with women who are at least 10 times out of their league & instead of living happily ever after these awful men treat them so badly & end up killing them. It's like adding insult to injury really. Poor woman.

This had a lot less to do with control, and more to do with the diabolical games Narcissists play, this man, if we can even call him that, needed, needed, as sociopaths always do, a person he could use to regulate himself, or in other words, someone to project his self loathing and destructive personality upon, a victim dealing with struggles, that he could gas-light, and ensnare in a maniacal love/hurt spiral. When he decided he's finished playing, just like a cat with a toy he's had his fun with, he discarded her like trash. Assuming all women were folly for his entertainment, he tried the same with the investigators by trudging up phony claim that "He was soooo Stupid" to have killed her by accident. He thinks their stupid, stupid enough, that if they hear him blame himself, they'd agree with his bullshi+, but that was not going to work. May this POS rot in prison until his fat eyes sockets decay.

Well Mike the chapter has done it again great program the way you held back the number of times poor Katie was hit with the hatchet. I say this how ever far fetched it may seem things like the hatchet bouncing off the tree and striking her could happen things like drunken friends shooting apples off each others head or Russian roulette all you need alcohol or drugs plus their wasn't phone reception but a dozen times!!
