Dont buy in dubai until you dont need that money agin in your life. 1. A slight problem with law and boom.. they will throw you back to your country with empty pocket.
2. Job security.. hahah you must be joking bro.. you cannot gurantee the next month.
3. Tenant.. oh my tenant.. i dont want to speak about this..
4. Kids born in dubai .. once grown you will be searching university for them .. after 18 they will be lookingf for local sponser

Other vdos are good from him but this is not a correct pov. No one in dxb can predict your job for 10 or 20 yrs.. also the home loan is not for 15 to 20 yra. They give for 5 yrs only so your emi qill be v v high. Alao if u defaukt your emi the bank will seize your property unlike in india its a long process. Again selling is a nightmare when u r not living here. Hidden charges will always be there. Another reason is he cannot speak negative on dxb real estate as he might land in trouble living in dubai

I’m a person who has been buying properties and renting it out in Dubai ! But I felt bit difficult to remove a tenant who was there in my property for more than two to three years and meantime the rental income might have gone so high and if I give an eviction notice to the existing tenant and want to give it to a new tenant it’s not possible. They say that if the owner wants to stay there or the owner wants to sell the property you can evict the tenant otherwise the owner has to wait for the tenant to say that they’re moving out ! Don’t you feel it’s one sided and the property owners are not getting the privilege to give it for a higher rental value ! Why they are not considering the difficulties of an owner to buy a property!

2. Interest rate- Is Dubai giving interest free loans? Comparing 8.5% interest in India with no interest cost in Dubai is absolutely ridiculous

Dubai real estate is in a bubble. The prices are volatile. The price for health care is much higher than India. 2008 remains in memory and there will be a repeat soon.

Maintenance of the property in dubai, agent commissions, upkeep of the society, are all huge blood draws making this the biggest mistake one can make. Dude has not addressed these issue, this so called expert on the topic was listening,most of the time why did he even bring him, was not required. He did not speak on the points I mentioned which are the major land mines got a real real investor from the third world, who wud get much more in India pound for pound penny for penny
